  1. And you call them restaurants?! Hahaha that is junk food selling spots ! We have been in San Diego many times and we always go to Roma Mia ! Damn the best authentic Italian food ever! Come on

  2. Never trust reviews on ethnic restaurants by non ethnic people. Just because an ethnic restaurant looks authentic doesn’t mean its good. All the Mexican spots shown here are over rated. They were really good before and established a fan base but over the years the quality went down while prices kept going up. Now people go to cuatro milpas and tacos el gordo to wait in long ass lines just to get tacos that are good but not great. There are so many other taco spots in san diego that blow these places away in price and quality. Also every Pacific Islander knows the best place for poke is in National city, not point loma.

  3. "Great video! I am 30 years old, single, and I have experience working in restaurants. I am very interested in finding a job opportunity in the United States. If there is any way to connect or get more information, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!"

  4. Dude, you’re too much. Your videos are fantastic. I share a love for food like you do and my mom sure did. Your passion for food & your videos is 100% sincere. Kudos for your effort.

  5. THIS video is why tourists should not do food reviews in San Diego. They come from a background of Hardee's and Waffle House and are so blown away by even marginally well-prepared food that they rave on it!

  6. I live up the street from Los Brasas and was really surprised you reviewed it – I almost never eat there despite it being the most local and affordable option as it's very mediocre by San Diego standards.

  7. Next time head south to Chula Vista
-Ed Fernandez for Birria. The best in all of San Diego
-Family house of Pancakes for diner style breakfast
-Ichiban Sando for Japanese curry and eggs Sandos on their homemade bread
-mujer divina.. same owner at the tuetano taqueria. They serve burritos and coffee, and next door they opened the taqueria
-la Reyna del sur for ceviche

    Then towards downtown
-pomegranate. One of my favorite restaurants in all of San Diego
    -Cori pastifico
    -bahn Thai
    -Izola
    -huntress steak house

  8. So far, I'm not interested. I ate at the Red Sails restaurant in 1998. I had prawns, but the best part was the crab stew in black pepper sauce. It was even better than the prawns. Wish I had gotten the bowl vs the cup. I think they're out of business now. What a shame. Super good food.

  9. How could you not try, It’s Raw, poke shop in Ocean Beach!
I’ve taken Hawaiian natives there on many separate occasions and it’s an instant favorite. Truly missed out on a delectable experience, hope you come back and show that little hole in the wall place some love. 🤙🏽
