This is such a low iQ take… all 3 ciites are big with different neighborhoods. Statistics already show SF has the highest cost of living, then its LA then miami. She's literally comparing the best parts of miami to middle or worst parts of other cities.
The issue with Miami is that its…….. miami……….. lot of swamps, beaches and strip malls. Unless youre rich and you can live in Gables or The grove, every other neighborhood is very boring. And ofc dont have to mention Florida is ugly as hell so road trips are not really athing like in the west coast

I lived in Miami for years. What they don't tell you is that there are higher hidden fees that surprise people like electricity. You have to run the A/C mostly all the time. Jobs do not pay well. Having a car is a must. Leave me in dirty NYC instead.
I’m a San Francisco native who has lived in SF since the 70’s but drove and temporarily relocated to Miami during lockdown. I couldn’t agree more with her assessment. Modern SF is trash in every regard I can think of and Miami was absolutely awesome , particularly when you compare the downtowns of both- no comparison. If I magically could, I would gladly live there instead of SF.
Damn I’m not even gonna lie, it would be nice to live in these big cities because of the view, scenery and etc. But because with the cost of living, I’d rather just visit those places maybe once or twice a year just to keep my life a little more exciting 😂
