i've been trying for MONTHS to get a tendon kohaku reservation ahead of my trip to seattle in september but every time i check the site theres no reservations available 😭 is there any other way to make a reservation?!
They had me with hey bagel (which is designed to be eaten by ripping off pieces and dipping in cream cheese so it’s intentionally not spread) but portage bay is genuinely one of the worse restaurants in Seattle, crazy rec and there’s a reason only the influences rec this place.

You mention the ocean and Puget Sound when you talk about Magnuson Park and Meydenbauer Park. You do realize that is Lake Washington, right? That is not the ocean or the sound.
