  1. With the greatest possible respect, so much of this kind of thing is largely personal preferences. My wife and I lived very near San Diego for 12 years. We spent most of our spare time exploring San Diego features. Our preferences and enjoyment is almost totally different from this video.

  3. Google maps shows most of the shoreline unused with no trails or anything around. Cliff side shoreline is the reason but I can’t believe one rounds off the cliffs and builds along the virgin shorelines that aren’t preserves. Just makes sense for how dense the population is kinda like Japan but having 90% of the dirt around you not used in any way. Oh and fault line may be reason for not developing anywhere.
