  1. No Oregon? No drive down to California? No experiences? No nothing? Just straight to San Francisco? That's unfortunate. I saw the last video and was looking forward to keeping up with this trip but this is no different than any other episode you'd see on Travel Channel about San Francisco. This is too much infotainment and feels too commercial for my tastes. The magic is watching people experience the journey though America. Oh well there are other channels that suit me, not this. Good luck!

  2. It looks like the new mayor is actually doing a good job at cleaning up the streets and making them safer. San Francisco has been a dumpster fire since COVID. Good to see it is on the mend. Now, if only LA can follow suit.

  3. Wow, you know Karl the Fog!

My paternal grandma was born in an apartment in Ross Alley in the 1920s. You didn't stop at the tiny hole-in-the-wall fortune cookie factory there to watch the machines work and for free samples?

I imagine you will be in, or currently are in, the area where I live, two hours south of SF, Monterey County. Thank you for visiting our beautiful state.

  4. I used to live in LA and they had Waymo too. One time I took one to downtown and it went down this side street with a bunch of crackheads hanging out in the street and it just stops lol.

  5. We live near San Francisco and you guys did a great job hitting up all of the top spots!
Hopefully you can make it to Muir Woods or some other places in the area 👍

  6. Lovely video as always. Another city that has a rep as unsafe but you made it look great.
Also I just finished a book by Linwood Barclay called Look Both Ways- about self driving cars that turn evil 😂. Don’t tell them you just wanna go home and crash 😂

  7. Love it when newbies get their first San Francisco experience. If you ever get back, you can board the Powell & Hyde Streets cable car line a few blocks up the hill from where the giant queue forms. It will save you time. Cheers!

  10. I wish I’d heard of this when I was in San Francisco 15 months ago. Our cruise ship was supposed to overnight in port but we were advised we would be leaving after 10pm, So we had 6 hours in this magnificent City!! Went to the Ward as everyone did. Saw the see lions and some shops the back to the ship.

  11. I was in San Francisco twice. Once when on leave and another when I mustered out of the military. When, would be in 1975 or 6. I love how you are loving America so far.

  12. Watching and really enjoying it! 🌉🇺🇸 The famous landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, and beautiful city views are wonderfully showcased. Such an informative and inspiring travel guide to San Francisco. Stay connected and warm regards from Norway 🇳🇴😊
