Everything you need to know before visiting San Francisco from arriving through the major airports and riding the iconic cable cars (or driverless Waymo taxis!) to conquering those notorious hills and keeping your rental car safe from break-ins. I’ll take you on a culinary journey to find the city’s must-eat foods—like sourdough clam chowder bowls at Boudin, legendary dim sum, and massive Mission-style burritos—while breaking down the best neighborhoods to book your hotel, whether you prefer the tourist hub of Fisherman’s Wharf or the convenience of the Financial District

Good Mong Kok had such a long line, but it was soooo worth it!!
Thanks for all the useful info 😀
Natives don’t call the fog “Karl” and are embarrassed for those that do.
Seems like you make this video every year bro
Better sourdough – go to Tartine. That is superb sourdough! next time!!
I am hesitant to share this but lodge at the presidio is the best for family with kids who don't want the chaos of the city.
What a great video Chris. Really informative & enjoyable
Be warned: If you’re visiting with your children and do not want your children to see naked men walking around, avoid Market and Castro.
45:14 what Chris car is not yellow?? lol
Having been born and raised in the bay area, I've always said San Francisco is an East Coast city on the West Coast. It just has that real metropolitan feel that none of the other California cities have. LA is super high density and endless urban sprawl but it all feels like a giant suburb. SF has a more inner city kind of feel.
way to go Chris. Great video.
Beautiful ❤❤
I never knew San Fran had all those airports.
Haha
im a New Yorker, born and raised NYC and San Fran is my 2nd home.. i left my heart in San Fran <3
How does Bart work from sfo to pier 39 area
Great video, as always. I follow you since 2016, when I researched for my trip to Las Vegas. Yellow Production videos are fun, informative and comforting all at the same time 😊
Impressed by how much information you fit in this video! My tip is to stay in Nob Hill for the safest hotels / neighborhood. Can recommend the Stanford Court hotel and the famous Fairmont!
As a Bay Area native from the San Mateo area, this video was very thorough! Great job Chris, you showcase the Bay Area well.
How to stay safe in SF: Avoid the tenderloin and 6th street aroudn SOMA and do not engage with crazies downtown. thats probably it
I love seeing your happy face on the cable car lol
I was going to be so disappointed if fogust was not mentioned…nm. we're good.
A great guide for our long overdue travel plan to SF!🤗
Aloha Chris. Thanks for another informative video on San Francisco. I would enjoy riding the street cars to explore the city. It's probably not the fastest, but it's pretty cool. Thanks for sharing and take care.
Quick tips: burgers are $25 here. Your car isn’t safe. Theft is allowed. Smoke where you want. Tip 25% on self service.
Beautiful ❤❤ San ❤❤ Francisco ❤❤
4:22 most importantly the streets call it Frisco or The Sco or Sucka Free. Don't let stuck up pricks tell you otherwise.
SFC is also slang and not what you would think (San Francisco California). It's Sucka Free City coined in the late 80s.
Definitely not any to stay at that Hyatt Regency! It’s in my “wishlist” or whatever they call it in the Hyatt app…
$91 valet parking at Hyatt Regency? Paid less than that at a Ritz Carlton for valet 😅
Thank you for such a through and in-depth guide to visits San Francisco. The transportation segment is valuable and important. I've been to that magical and wonderful city many times and always have fun and find it's easy to get around by public transportation. I regret I've never been to Chinatown North Beach or Ghirardelli Square. I usually visit the Castro, and enjoy the bars and restaurants there. I used to live only a hour drive north of the city. I love and admire you enthusiasm for travel.
Hey Chris 👋 good video on San Francisco. I heard of Alcatraz but haven't been. Do u believe it's haunted? I do remember the full house place there and the golden gate bridge. Years ago I went to los Angeles to visit family and I remember being scared of how fast they drive. I like how detailed you are on this and learning about the history. Be safe, alita 🌹🏖️🙏🎉
I've lived in and around the Bay area for 61 years. When I was younger I was even a limousine driver in San Francisco and believe it or not watching your video, I've actually learned some things I didn't know. You really did a great job on this one!
Hey Chris! Amazing video! Wow, it’s so cool you went to one of my favorite taquerias, El Farolito. 😎😁😄 I grew up a couple of blocks from there. 😎😄
How do you also like Salvadoran pupusas 🫓 🇸🇻? Did you try any while in the Mission District? I know in the Los Angeles area, there’s a ton of them! I was born in SF, but I’m part Mexican, part Salvadoran! 😎 -Henry
nice video!
It was so great going around the City during your visit Chris! See you next time!
