  1. Went do DC when I was younger. Got to go inside/tour the Supreme Court and the Capital Building. Not sure if rules of changed, but if you go, make sure you don't have any food/drink. MY dad literally had to walk back to our rep's office to leave our stuff. Thank you to rep Tonko's office for allowing us to do that. Also, check out Arlington National Cemetary. It's kinda somber but also a very cool experience, especially the eternal Flame (JFK's grave)/Changing of the Guard.

  2. Great video! The Air and Space museum annex out by Dulles Airport is also a great place to visit. It’s where they keep the big things like the Space Shuttle Discovery, Enola Gay an Air France Concord.

  3. DC Local and long-time follower! I have to say, you hit some incredible spots on your visit here.

Some other places worth visiting for next time are The Wharf, Old Town Alexandria, and maybe Navy Yard for a baseball game if you’re here when they’re in town.

Couple quick tips: Similar to your love for Big Bus tours, DC has a Trolley Tour by moonlight that is absolutely incredible. Also, if you loved the Air and Space Museum, out in the suburbs there’s actually another Air and Space museum that fills a full airport hanger! It’s called Udvar-Hazy and has a full space shuttle in it.

But seriously, for anyone watching, there are 10/10 recommendations!

  4. phoebe you can only settled in America. Sometimes I feel like you are American not Australian. You look like a complete American girl. you r so so sweet girl.💕💕💕.ok phoebe let's enjoy….

  5. Welcome back, Phoebe. It's your second time visit in America, wow pheobe what a surprised me ! it's quite an unexpected event. Let's have some fun. Let's enjoy the vlog. I'd like to see all the videos in America.Great USA make again 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲😊😊😊

  6. I'm so glad you had a great time in our Capital. As you discovered, it can be a great place. It's humbling to walk in the footsteps of so many great people, like Dr. King. I almost jumped out of my chair when you went to Ben's! I was there way back when I was in high school and remember it so fondly. They always treat everyone there like a warm guest to their home. There's nothing wrong with the hop-on bus; as you say, it's a great way to see a city! Yup–the Smithsonian is absolutely huge…you could spend a lifetime trying to see everything. Air & Space is by far my favorite. Like you, I have serious love for all things space. (If ever you can, you really should try to visit Kennedy Space Center here in Florida. One of the few places you can see an actual Space Shuttle and a real moon rocket–a Saturn V. It's an incredible place and we in Florida never get tired of watching rocket launches). You were also in DC at a great time. While certainly not as beautiful as Japan, the cherry blossoms do make DC look even better. I'm glad to see and hear that you had a great time and connected with some Americans while here. We're not all bad. 😉 Looking forward to your next adventures! All my best, Rob

  7. Hey Phoebe, another great episode. I live in NJ, not far from NY City. I haven't been to DC in about 15 years. You made it look so cool and hip and great place for fine food, I think I will have to swing down there for another visit. PS, how do you stay so thin with all the food you eat in these videos? All the walking I guess. Keep up the great work. You really make me want to travel more.
