This was fantastic! I've lived in SD on and off for 40 years BUT I had never heard of Kate Sessions Park! The 'Easter Cross' on top of Mt. Soledad, yes, but not Kate Sessions! I will be going there when I visit in the Fall! AND I can't wait for Oscar's Tacos! the BEST Tacos in SD!

Long-time PB resident here. I used to live right near Fanuel Park and raised my kid there as a single mom for 15 years. Great place to live! It was awesome when I first moved there in the early 2000s because it was not as nearly as crowded or expensive as it is now. But it's still nice, just overcrowded especially during the summer. I've Loved living there. Would run on the beach at least 4 or 5 days a week and ride my beach cruiser on the bike path when I didn't feel like running. Such a fun place to live. My ex landlord was horrible though.
