Top 5 Things to Do in LA JOLLA, SAN DIEGO

La Jolla is a beautiful town in California located near San Diego. This video will show you my top 5 things to do in and around La Jolla, such as visiting La Jolla Cove.

Besides visiting La Jolla Cove, be sure to check out the La Jolla Shores area. There is a great beach to visit in this neighborhood, as well as stores on Avenida de la Playa. Torrey Pines is also a nearby area that must be visited. Make sure to visit the downtown area in La Jolla, and check out Sunset Cliffs for an amazing California sunset!

  1. Uhhhh…..LaJolla is a neighborhood WITHIN the CITY of San Diego, it is NOT a town on it's own "near San Diego", and those are called Pelican's, at 2:15, NOT Herons. If you were more accurate I might subscribe. Torrey Pines State Park is in San Diego, as the Community of LaJolla is, as well as Sun Set Beach down in the Point Loma community of San Diego. How about visiting Dr. Seuss's home in LaJolla? Or Coast Walk or the Sunny Jim's cave, both in LaJolla, or Birch Aquarium in LaJolla, or the better restaurants like Marine Room or El Pescador both in LaJolla? Of rent a kayak and kayak through the cave by LaJolla Cove, paddle out some more and see whales, dolphin, squid, Sun Fish, Sea Bass, Yellow Tail, back in the surf an LaJolla shores the Leopard Sharks and Sea Turtles?

  2. I grew up in La Jolla… Torrey Pines also offers a fairly long sandy beach as (mentioned) does La Jolla Shores for hanging out on the sand with lunch and sunning to swimming…………. George's at the Cove for a nice evening dinner. So many nice places to see and eat as well….. Stop in at the La Valencia Hotel for a cocktail on their terrace or in their very large sitting area with a big window that looks out to the ocean…. A long time favorite!

  3. Through your wonderful videos, I can virtually explore the beautiful state of California and enjoy the scenic views and interesting places. Have a great day, my friend. Take care. Greetings from the Philippines. New subscriber here. 🙂
