WOAH! As an Italian living in Switzerland, you have my fully backup for comparing it to Amalfi, I honestly didnt know the US had places like THIS! Amalfi is also pretty overrated here…the average coasts of Calabria are way better haha

Seen way too many "i shouldnt be alive" shows where people cross parts of the open ocean on small craft. Sometimes catastrophe strikes at the worst time. It's better to take the ferry than potentially risk your life.

That's gotta be a pretty sketchy safety waiver, indeed, at least 26 miles across the sea, and it can be pretty choppy, not to mention migrating whales and migrating cargo ships. Pretty cool in ideal conditions, I suppose. I'll take the boat.
