I’m from Boston. I think James Hook, Mike’s Pastry and Regina’s are quite good
The service at Mike's pastry was rude. We didn't know we needed cash and one of the older cashiers with black hair didn't even say thank you for passing by. Instead she said chow in Italian like good ridens. So we went to Moderns Pastry instead and we were treated differently. After we got our box and passed by Mike's. When they saw us the smiles on their faces changed.

Mike’s a tourist trap. Cannoli’s are pre-filled which is substandard to begin with. Best cannoli’s and bakery is across the street is #Modern-pastry. Avoid the trap
