Top 8 Things to Do San Francisco Travel

Top 8 Things to do in San Francisco, California in 48 Hours via Travel Vlog. We have 48 hours to explore San Francisco and find the best spots to eat and sight see! We stayed at a family friends house just outside of San Fran and took the Bart (Bay Area Rapid Transit Train) downtown San Francisco both days.

Day 1 we explore the city by foot. We start out at the Ferry Building which is known to have some yummy eats and get an almond croissant. Next we walk to China Town where we got delicious Dim Sum.

Next up was North Village where we got a pizza slice at Golden Boy Pizza. Then we head up the hills to the famous Lombard Street to get an epic drone shot. We walk back down the hills to Fisherman’s Warf and Pier 39 where we find some seals, shops, and an epic view of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Last but not least we take a LYFT to the Pink Ladies in Alamo Square which was the original Full House TV Show set. Day 2 we take our bikes on the BART and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge to the Battery Spencer Lookout to snap a pic!

  1. Just came back from a trip to Banff Canada and a short stop in SF. We got lucky like you and got some really clear weather on one of our days and we walked to the first support before turning around.

While the Golden Gate bridge was a sight to behold we really didn't care for SF itself but we also went to Muir woods and that was fantastic.

  2. Very nice selection of things to do in San Francisco! My favorite things are obviously Alcatraz, the pier, and angel island! Was wondering if you interested in vlogging with me in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco or Santa Cruz between may 20-june 7? Have a wonderful day

  3. I never got to ride a bike across the Golden Gate Bridge but I conned (gave the helm orders) a minesweeper under the bridge and out into the Pacific. I was stationed on Treasure Island Naval Station for short periods several times.

  4. You were lucky with the weather when you were here! We’ve been having a continuous summer in the Bay Area!! Next time, you need to come out to Fairfax in Marin!

  5. Such beautiful drone footage, the views of the city and the bridge are so well done. Are you sure you two are eating enough?lol! Should not let Faris be slacking on the challenges though just because was his birthday😂

  6. Great video! So much to do in The City tho, hard to capture in on video swoop. You needed Twin Peaks on that list for some awesome views of The City. Hopefully you also made it to LA Taqueria!! Lol. We're in Monterey today w Bullet and Bikes; where you all at!?

  7. Hope you don’t mind some suggestions from a local for the next time:

    – Chocolate Almond Croissant: Ariscault Bakery
    – Pizza: Capos (Owner, Tony Gemignani, is 13 time World Pizza Champion)
    – Tacos: Tacos El Patron in the Mission, get the Birra Tacos
    – Dim Sum: Good Luck Dim Sum in the Richmond District is one of those places that always has the line out the door
    – Ice-Cream: Bi-Rite Grocery is a few blocks from Alamo Square (Special Mention: Mitchell’s Ice Cream)
    – Burmese: Mandaly or Burma Superstar are great choices. Burmese food is a fusion of Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisines
    – Hike it All Off: Golden Gate Park is 3.5 miles long, visit the arboretum
    – More Hiking: Mt. Sutro trails, an escape like you are no longer in the middle of a city
    – View: Tank Hill, most visitors go to Twin Peaks, but I think the views here are better here without all of the crowds

It will be interesting to see if you head back north or where you go next. I’m really partial to the Southwest and the Four Corners region so would be great to see you two head that direction after your Pacific adventures.

Three weeks out from picking up my rig. Looking forward to it, and feel super prepared thanks in part to your channel. So a big thank you!!!
