Each year, from 1999 thru 2010, we would have our broker book a separate hotel on the strip .We would pay in full before arrival, and each year we would check out without paying any additional fees. (No pool, no gym,no Internet,no parking) Surprisingly, in 2011, the morning of our departure from the Paris hotel, we received a bill for additional charges. when we were checking out. I went to the lobby to question what constitute these additional charges..We were told that these were just new charges. I demanded to speak with a Manager.To our surprise, we were told that there is no need to speak to a Manager,we just have to pay. They told us it was just an new additional amount I must pay. It was not called Resort fee then, just additional amount owed. Security personnel instructed us that it is best to leave the premises. Being law abiding citizens we complied. When I returned home in NYC, my broker called the hotel for an explanation .To this day, neither the Broker nor I were informed why my credit card was charged this additional daily fee of $30.00 per diem.
That year represented our FINAL trip to the city of Las Vegas..Never will I ever return !! Now if everyone had the courage to do what we did , every company or institution that disrespects them would be out of business, just like what these unscrupulous hotels are experiencing today. If you live by the sword, you will die by the sword!!

I’m sorry to report that Wynn was not up to standard s! 2 out of four of us goy sick! We reported but Wynn staff didn’t care! So we will never go back
