As an “up state ” New Yorker I lived just south of Poughkeepsie in the Mid Hudson Valley for over 15 years and believe me there more beautiful places that NYC Watkins glen is truly beautiful, they should have shown the Adirondack Mountains or the view from Storm King Mountain, my personal favourite, the views from the walkway over the Hudson instead of nyc
