Don't starve yourself for buffet, gently expand your stomach before going in, or else you're being stuffed. At the beginning just go for the most expensive stuffs, seafood and meat, and when you think you have enough. Look for things you like to eat, and end with dessert.

I haven't been to too many buffets. But the word disgusting isn't what I'd use to describe one.
Also check out the AYCE sushi place downtown called Sushi Ichiban. It’s only 40$ and everything is made to order, not a buffet. The quality is superior to any other AYCE or buffet I’ve ever tried!

I was there a month ago. It’s the Wynn buffet. Truffle pizza was one of the best items there.
I had around ten plates (my brother in law looked at me in disgust). I tried a bit of most things. Pizza is what stood out so I kept getting it.
They had some Mexican inspired items that were pretty good. Meats were mostly salty or overcooked. Sushi bites were too big, so required two bites.
I’m not big on seafood, but can eat fresh and quality seafood. I barely ate any seafood that was put on my plate though.
Overall I’m not too picky. I ate most of them items I took, except the seafood was just too sub par. I would go back. It’d be nice if they fine tuned some things, like smaller sushi cuts and less salt on the meats.
You need to rethink your advice about getting EGGs at a buffet.

It's good to hv a lil something in the a.m. not eating all day til the end – might make you feel full faster when your at the buffet. Also pace yourself to let the food settle.

I usually can go for 4-5 rounds excluding dessert at a buffet. 1st round is usually for food I never had. 2nd for food that I know I love. 3rd for the high price. 4th for a repeat of the food I love from the previous rounds..
