To a point. It’s basically Negroni, Chipotle, Sexy Fish, Moxies, Italia & then City Center on the main drag. That in & of it’s self isn’t a thing if allure or prestige, though City Center is an impressive feat of architecture. Las Olas has more action on the main strip than Brickell on the ground level. 11 minutes from Brickell, I have the best view in all of Miami for not being on the water. I can see the entire skyline from my balcony unobstructed for $2400 mo.
Grew up in miami, its all ive been saying for years lol. Miami overall is overated and these influencers only show you brickell and south beach. Just an image, moved out of there 7 years ago

Like 20s age women is what Brickell was created for 😂 Brickell is the banking center of South America and Europe, and soon to be America. If you're a Youtuber or Social Media Influencer this market isn't for you anyway. Go to Midtown or Downtown.
Im from Miami..the best bang for your money is brickell for networking and easy commute for night life and casual dating however Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Midtown, North Miami Beach, Aventura, Pembroke Pines etc. are much better
I am pretty sure that a lot of you would like, if you were given the opportunity, to pay a fairer price for housing, no? We all know that speculation is THE reason. It's what understand between the lines regarding these Ladies' comments.
I humbly believe the authorities are behaving just like in every major city in the world. That is, they're accepting bribes from developers. Developers are like locusts, occupying every inch of land and in this case, turning a beautiful tropical place into a concrete jungle. I believe that places close to water and beaches should be banned from building skyscrapers that obscure views and destroy the human and natural experience. What annoys me are skyscrapers that They cast shadows on the beach. Because they are too close. Taller buildings should be in the central part and not around, separating people from the view and breeze. Organize, organize strikes and protests.
These girls are wack. They an't afford it. 3.1k-3.4k is avg for america in an urban international city. Brickell is like NYC. Its about going out. Walking around. Availability is the key word. You pay for the 2-min walk to the best clubs. Other people who pay 2k on rent drive 1 hour to go to the same club you walked too

Idk Miami seems like a city without personality compared to a cities like NY, Berlin, London, Seattle
Brickell is where the rich live!

Why pay 3.1k per month for a place with no closet? There are apartments in Miami for less than 1k
Lie Brickell is not the most expensive nah know your city before u say that I been here all my life.
No, it’s not.
Miami Beach, Sunny Isles and many many more other
Miami is a pathetic place to live. Just a bunch of posers. No thanks
STOP USING POINT IN AMOUNTS LESS THAN A MILLION! ITS CRINGE
Lived at 520 Brickell from 1983 to 1987. It was so much fun and pleasant.
When she said "homegirl" that said it all, most homegirls date the unemployed
Been here since 2010…. some of us raised families here, cities must evolve you’re looking at it from a different perspective.
Brickell used to be a shit hole when I lived in Miami . You could buy a brand new apartment for 350k in 2011.
Home girls aren’t paying anything! Their simps are paying all their bills
Is actually called Marie Brickell the founder of Brickell in 80 it blossom.

Thank God i live in an apartment that i can see the river without any future obstructions in Brickell.
People who can’t afford these places seem to be the ones who say it’s “overrated” from my experience
It's about the location; this shows how little she knows……..

The criminals are running the show and everything. Our criminals.
Sounds like Manhattan except with palm trees! 3.1K for rent? Crazy!!!!
Brickell is for rich peopple
What they crying about. Daddy paying that bill
Go back home
The view is worth it with the right properties!
Brickell is just one giant Instagram background for insufferable self absorbed “influencers”.
Those girls are doing onlyfans so the view doesn’t really matter

XDD what about New York? You pay a lot of money and what you see girls? As you said: you see a bunch of skyscrapers XDDD
Anyone who lives in the real world lives west of 95.. Basically, most people would rather not know anyone who lives in Brickell..
I am a man I like to wear sandals love Brickle but you can keep it
