  1. I was there 2 years ago and it was crowded. But it is expensive! You can't take advantage of tourists by pricing them out. Tourists have LOTS of other options. 🤷🏾‍♀️

  2. back in 2002 I stayed at The Frontier for 210 bucks a week for a couple months. Free booze and beer on the game floor. Free daily buffet pass or it was some breakfast voucher, I forget. Room was simply amazing. Some days I chilled in room, order room service. I could get 5 budweisser on ice for 10 bucks. 2 dollars for bottles of bud on ice. Chicken fingers, massive were 5 bucks. All day that had 5 dollar tables. Also they had one blackjack 5 dollar table that spun a prize wheel for every blackjack. Was ridiculous. I stayed in Vegas so long my best friend cashed in some miles and flew out and stayed with me, heh. Then we road tipped 5000 miles.

  3. Vegas has such few visitors that airline companies are adding more and more flights to the sin city, including red-eyes, for people to come here evenate at night. Not sure of the intentions here, but it's a LIE that we are not crowded.

  4. i was there and the casino literally wanted 17$ for a small bag of chips ,,i laughed so loud and told them to keep it….still paid 33$ for like 3 bagels n water …………neverrrrrrrrr need to go back there again

  5. The people who run Las Vegas must think people are stupid, as well as gullible. I could care less if Las Vegas goes bottom up. There are too many other places to visit in this country that provide basically the same things that Vegas offers, but not nearly at the same price. Wake up people and stop spending your money at that stupid place.

  6. When I do go to Vegas (6) hours drive. I ain't paying that much for a good meal. I'll just go to a taco stand or food truck. 4 tacos or a quesadilla with during no more than 15bucks. There you go I'm full.

  7. The reason Vegas is dying is simple. Sports gambling is now LEGAL in many states. Why go to Vegas and get ripped off when i can bet from my couch, watch the games on my multiple big screen tvs, and have some beers?

  8. Gee, I wonder why 😒? Especially, when we are still living in high inflation, also despite us having a different U.S. President in office we are still living under Bidennomics & shrinkflation. & when people can barely afford to live or survive in this country. Then most of them are not going to be concerned about traveling to Las Vegas to blow more money they don't have to spend.

  9. So you are not talking about the NUMBER 1 reason for the decline (as many sectors in US) Trumps attack on Canada, Mexico…. the number one tourist to Vegas…. stop with the madness!!!

  10. Last year my company flew us there for a week long conference. They gave us a $100 stipend to spend daily for food and before going I thought, wow that is so generous. That's until I encountered $40 breakfast + coffee, $8 water bottles and $10 rotten fruit cups lol. At least In-n-out burger was cheap. I'm def not going their on my own dime ever again lol.

  11. I stayed in Vegas, actually at Planet Hollywood, in June of 2024. I guess it must've been not long before that Ocean One restaurant on the Miracle Mile closed for good, since it was still open at the time.

And if a restaurant wants to tack on a so-called, "CNF" charge to my bill, I'll likely pay it; but of course that will make me absolutely reconsider what I will be giving for a tip.

  12. Why can't Americans put the actual prices on the products? Really confused, as a German when I see a price on a product, groceries, hotel rooms, whatever, that's the price I'll pay. Why not in the US?
