There are better places to go for a Chicago Dog. I prefer Wolfy's on Peterson Ave, or the Weiner Circle get a Jumbo Chardog and "drag it through the garden." for a slighty different experience try Superdawg. Deep dish is "tourist pizza" try a good Chicago

As a person who was born and raised in Chicago, this is my first time hearing these restaurants.
Beware of that food hall. They’re constantly changing tenants. It’s annoying. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad.
I have to say whenever I see one of these and they mention Lou Malnatis I can't help but laugh , Lou's is riding on a name and way overpriced and tasteless if you are talking about deep dish pizza , you only need to know 1 name…"PEQUADS"

Starbucks was a good one bc most Chicagoans don't even acknowledge that we have the largest Starbucks in the world. Paisans has the best deep dish in the city especially the one with caramelized cheese. Portillo’s is a cool place to see but you are better off going to Mr Beef. Au cheval was a good choice as well, but if you're the type that wants to make a reservation for a burger, just go to Bevettes, better burger, better service, better ambience… and ask to sit in the parlor for more casual and comfortable seating
