I like to add 2 other points of interest when visiting San Francisco: Fort Point and the Palace of Fine Arts.
Fort Point is well maintained fort that demonstrates the master brick mason's work during the Civil War period. It is located on the southern side of the Golden Gate Bridge where you have a view of both the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. Afterwards you can walk a short distance to the entrance of the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy a higher view of the waterway.
The Palace of Fine Arts is located in the Marina District. It was built as a temporary exhibit space for the 1915 World's Fair but was rebuilt from 1964 to 1974. It consists of Roman inspired architecture including a rotunda and many different columns that is magnificently replicated to display old world charm. Truly a beautiful and peaceful spot to rejuvenate while in a busy city.
Wow I have never been there but it looks like an amazing place to visit! I loved the wagyu burguer and the pizza also in addition to the amazing places to visit.
All those suggestions sounded awesome. But I have to say if I had one day in SF, I would have to first visit Candlestick Point where the former Candlestick Park housed The Beatles last concert ever. Then I would make my way over to Oracle Park and catch a Giants game. Okay, okay. I'll probably pick up a burrito followed by an ice cream at Garden Creamery in the meantime 😊.
