  1. I love Boston.I grew up not far from Boston and all of my family hated going into Boston and most of them moved out of Massachusetts. I love it even stuck in traffic in Boston.I just love it.I don't know what's wrong with me! ⛵ If anyone visits in the summer time you gotta hit up Cape Cod! But go on the less beaten path, not the big touristy places. Don't even get me started about Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard! Mind blowing! But the secret is go a little bit out of season!

  2. The Big Dig was nothing but a huge success. It was an extremely complex and novel project. Don't let the Debby Downers fool you. Traffic with it's noise and pollution where placed underground and vented beyond pedestrian level. We now have a large greenway running through the city instead of an old rusting elevated highway that was literally falling apart and split the city from the harbor. Traffic moves MUCH better than before – especially getting to and from the airport. The new road handles more traffic than the old artery ever could. Yes, there are still back ups during rush hour – but think of how much worse they would be if we were still using the old smaller decrepit artery.

  3. It baffles the mind how beautiful Boston is while Philadelphia crumbles. Both have deep roots in the formation of this country. I lived two towns south from Boston for a little over a half a year and I loved every trip to Boston.

  4. Nice job covering my city. Surprised you didn't mention cannoli's and the famed North End establishments Mike's and Modern's. Another one they talk about a lot is the Boston Creme from Omni Parker House hotel also not so great. Your on point with ice cream from toscanini's or waffles from Curio being good options. I'd also throw in donuts from Union Sq Donuts as something that is must try, its just a stone throw away from back Bar and they have other locations too.
