In this video, I explore Seattle’s most famous landmarks, museums, markets and waterfront attractions to bring you a complete guide to some of the best places to visit in the city.
I head to the top of the iconic Space Needle for incredible views across Seattle, ride the historic Seattle Monorail and visit the International Fountain at Seattle Center. I also explore the spectacular glass sculptures at Chihuly Garden and Glass and take a look inside the striking Museum of Pop Culture.
The journey then continues through downtown Seattle to the world-famous Pike Place Market, where you’ll find the original Starbucks, the famous fish market and some of the city’s best food and shopping.

It is too bad that all the smoke from the wildfires in Eastern Washington are obscuring your views from the Space Needle. You would typically be able to see Mt. Baker to the North, Mt. Rainer to the South, the Olympic mountain range to the West and the Cascade mountain range in the East. It truly is breathtaking views on a clear day!
