What is great about Restaurant Week in any major city? Reading the Yelp reviews (and others). People complain that the restaurant was SO crowded and the food was SO cold or SO hot and the service was SO slow. What did they expect! Discounted food at popular restaurants when they are normally much less affordable. It is call "slammed". Bad service? Packed restaurant with the same number of wait staff. What did you expect? Stay home and go the day after Restaurant Week when the old food has been sold and the wait staff is happy because the ignorant people are gone.
