Massachusetts: Boston for a Day – Travel Vlog | Freedom Trail Tour | What to Do, See & Eat in Boston
For this week’s video (state #26) we’re in one of our favorite US cities… Boston, Massachusetts! We’ve had the pleasure of visiting Boston a handful of times in the past few years and we always seem to find something new to love about this beautiful city. One of our favorite things that we’ve gotten to experience in Boston is the Freedom Trail, so we decided to take you along and show you how to make the most of your time as you take a walk through history! If you’re unfamiliar with the Freedom Trail, it’s a 2.5 mile long walking path that winds through downtown taking you by 16 historically significant sites along the way. You’ll get to see things like Paul Revere’s house, the Bunker Hill Monument, the site of the Boston Massacre, and more! If you’re visiting Boston and have half a day or full day to spare, we highly recommend it! And of course, we can’t visit somewhere without exploring the food culture as well, so we sprinkled some of that in along the way! Hope you enjoy!

Have you been to Boston? If so, let us know your favorite Boston places that we might have missed!
The original Boston Latin School was on the site now occupied by the Old City Hall, on School Street.
Love your channel. Its an inspiration to travel the USA for me. So glad that you came to Boston and enjoyed your day here.
Love your videos so much found you when a vlogger l3wg reacted to one of your videos and you are my favorite couple and each video is so educational and a staycation all over the world to places I couldn't ever go
Hello I'm planning a trip there at the end of the month (August). Where would you recommend staying and transportation?
So fun
What lipstick do you use? I love it and look like it stays on!
The Hop On Hop Off silver line trolley's are great. They follow the Freedom Trail (in case it's too hot and humid to walk), and the drivers give you a great non-stop history lesson about it. We go, stay on, learn everything, then hop off again later at the most interesting places.
Fan' you ull (Faneuil Hall)
I first visited Boston in 2007 when I was 13 years old. My mom and brother lives in Boston. My mom moved there in 2006 and my brother moved there in 2017.
Found y’alls channel recently thru searching for a vlog on Gatlinburg. My wife and I lived around there in Boston when we first started dating! I’m New England born and bred. Honeymooned in Nashville, and now are in Texas!
Some favorite spots there back east in Boston.. Neighborhood Coffee, Mike’s Pastry, and random sushi places! lol.
You missed out on Canolli's at Mikes and or Modern Pastry.. Simply delicious and they are both famous for them.
Boston born and bred- Fanueil Hall is pronounced by Bostonians as ( Fan- Yu – ELL)
Loving your vlogs, Matt & Nat! I'm heading to Philly and Boston, next month for the first time! can't wait to check out some of these stops you've both recommended! so excited. sending you both lots of love from Canada.
❤
Great job on your video on Boston . Think you guys are naturals. Your wife is very photogenic, and the the both of you have a passion for what you are doing . It comes through in your work . The only criticism I have is yall need to work on your Boston accent. Safe travels and have fun .
Best.

Matt you lucky dog. Your girl is beautiful!! Love your videos.
love it
Good call on the pastries. I love Modern just a bit better than Mike’s! And good thing it was only a mouse at the gelato shop. So many rats in Boston. So many. Great videos guys!
Hi I plan on visiting in a few weeks. Did you like the location of your hotel? I’m trying to find something convenient
I highly recommend going to bovas over Mike's or modern pastry
A whoopie pie may not be Italian but it is most DEFINITELY New England.
I love touring Boston. You should have gone through Cambridge, too. Good job showing the highlights, and you can't park the car in Harvard yard!
info…not the oyster house….. but Newport RI : The White Horse Tavern is the “oldest operating restaurant in the U.S.” and is acknowledged as the 10tholdest in the world.
The White Horse Tavern is a National Historic Landmark being America’s oldest restaurant, having served guests since 1673.
Next time you're at the Granary Burial Ground head across the street to the Legendary Beantown Pub where you can have a Cold Sam Adams (beer) while looking out the window at a Cold Sam Adams (in the ground)!
Great vid guys
Great video! I lived in Boston for 6 years ending in 2010. If you are in the North End area at lunch, go to Umbertos for pizza and arincini. Get there early, the line can get long and they close when they run out. Very affordable, cash only when I was there. Hanover street, close to the pastry shops. We used to walk there from work for lunch from South Boston once a week or so.
I've visited Boston before b/c my Mom's family is from that neck of the woods and my Dad was educated at Tufts U in Medford, MA. My fave part of the city is Boston Public Gardens with those Swan Boats. I also like the food, such as the famous "Chowda", aka New England Clam Chowder and Chinese food. The last time I visited the area was in April 2011, but I was doing a family reunion at a hotel in Saugus, MA, so I didn't get to see much of the city. I do remember visiting the city in early July '75 on a special ed group tour of New England and Eastern Canada between late June to early August '75.
We’ll be going to Boston soon. This video helped with our itinerary. Thanks!
What's the best place to take a picture with the bridge in the back 🤔..
Great video ❤
Where did you stay in Boston? We are going in July and after all my research I am still confused where would be the safest to be? We are there for 3 days and want the history and we are hitting a red Sox game.
I love you guys!! Thank you for sharing!! ❤
Awwww. I liked Union Oyster House. 🙁
And for cannolis in the North End, Bova’s is a hidden gem. Get the ones with the Florentine shell.
Such a FUN video!!! Going to Boston May 2023!
A couple of self entitled a*******.
Natt’s so cute
